Well, there not much that we can do physically, but, there are sites that will help you spot them and take them to task. Here are the top 10 sites to check plagiarism.

This site will help you to know if there is anyone who has copied your matter. All you need to do is enter certain phrases from the article into the site and in case there is a match that it finds, it will display it to you.

Article Checker.com

This is another site that will help you to find out who has copied your work. The site only checks articles that are listed in Google and Yahoo and the URL of the article that is a copy of your article will be displayed to you.

Plagiarism Detect

This tool will help you to detect all the articles that are a copy of yours. There is free version as well as a premium version that you need to pay for. If you are using the free version you can upload any WORD document and check if there is an article similar to it on the internet.

Quote Finder

To use this tool, all you need to do is key in the relevant points and phrases in the tool and then it will display the articles that have the same text and that the text will be highlighted in yellow. It is bases on the Google Search Engine.

There is the File Check and the Web Check option that is present. In case you have already uploaded your article then you go in for Web Check. If not, you go in for File Check. Using the tool is free of cost.
